Only detailed info I can give lyou is repeat tha it will not print. It annot get it to opn up even thought it is on

The HP’s I have had to uninstall the printer program then reinstall it but be careful to only plug things in when the program says to otherwise I have been into install loops. It seems that HP didn’t make their software user friendly, so you have to be meticulous & careful during install.
