Hp Photosmart M447 – Upload Pics ?

Okay I got the HP Photosmart M447 camera for my bday back in December. Every since then, everytime I want to put a picture from the camera onto my computer, I ALWAYS print it with the printer that came with it , then scan the picture. So one day, my sister says ‘you know, you could save alot of ink and photo paper if you uploaded the pictures’. the thing is, everytime i try to install the software on my computer, and error comes on the program and won’t let me install it. It supports Windows XP, and Vista . But I have Windows 2000 . Is there ANYTHING I can do to upload my pictures without wasting ink and paper?

Yes. You don’t need software to download pictures. Just buy a multi-format memory card reader ($10-20). When you want to download pictures to your computer, you take out your memory card and put it in the right slot. Then, in Windows Explorer, you can select the pictures you want, and drag them into the right folder. Good luck!
