Hp Photosmart C7200 Troubleshooting?

When I print from one of my computers, the printer doesn’t respond, but there is no error message. The other computers work fine though. On the print menu, beside status, it says that there are nine documents waiting. Why isn’t it printing these documents.

First, go in the control panel and click on the printer queue. Make sure the printer is set to ONLINE in the file menu. Select all the documents and delete them.
Now reboot and retry to print. If it doesn;t print. Do this ….
Unplug the USB cable from the HP and power it on. Now , re-install the software and you will re-connect the USB only when the program asks you.
Let it finish and then REBOOT the computer. It should work fine now
