Hp Photosmart C4280 All In One Printer- Wont Print Black Ink?

The color and the black ink cartridges are not low on ink. The printer will print color but will not print black. Have tried test prints, taking the ink cartridge out and inserting again. Can’t seem to get it to print black ink at all.

1. The printer head is clogged.
2. What happens when you try to print the Windows Test page? Does it only print the Windows Flag and nothing else?
Does the copy option work on the printer? (can you copy something or does it come out blank as well)

It is only printing color on any of the test pages. and when i tried to do a black COPY it came up blank also. thanks for your help!!
