Hp Photosmart 7960 Blinking Red Lite But Nothing Else?

The voltages are ok i,ve checked for paper jam tried a hard boot etc but didn,t help. was wondering if anyone else as had this problem and is there a guick fix, Nothing on the printer monitor either thanks
