Hp Photosmart 1215 Ink Cartridge, Is Xl The Same As Regular?

Will 78XL work in a photosmart 1215? I don’t want to open it because if it doesn’t fit I won’t be able to return it. I ordered it online from staples and when I chose by printer this was the one that came up.

HP 78 XL has more if not twice the amount of ink thus higher page yeild. Since HP 78 regular is compatible with your printer then definitely the HP78 XL should fit in.

any printer that uses the 78 will use the 78XL with no problem.
