Yes, this cartridge is easy to refill. Just peal off the sticker and you get the hole to inject the ink into.
Not sure about to reset the cartridge. Most printer remember the cartridge is empty so you may need to fool the printer. Try to read the article below that worked for me. Hopefully yours too.

i don’t think it needs the chip and you just have to go on-line or out shopping for it to get refilled
