Hp Deskjet 920c Printer Will Not Turn On?

I have a HP Deskjet 920c Printer that will not turn on, when I first plug in the power supply, the 3 lights on the display just flickers. Then it wont do anything else. I’ve tried to replug to power supply in and out.

Just open the front cover and check for any jams in the belt.
Also make sure that the cartridge is properly seated. If possible remove both catridges , clean the contacts and replace it back. and close the front cover.
NOw turn your printer off and switch it on again. Now the catridge should move from one side to other side once. You should hear the sound. If no sound there must be some jam in the lever. Just chek it consult nearest HP service center
