Hp Deskjet 720c Only Prints In Magenta?

I recently picked up a HP DeskJet 720C from my cousin and while text prints in black, any photos or colored text comes out magenta. I went to HP’s website to check for drivers and found that since I have an XP machine, I’m already up-to-date. Also, I’ve already purchased/installed a new color cartridge, ran all the test pages and whatnot and I’m still printing with magenta…any ideas on how to fix this?

I suggest you try asking your question in the HP forums at http://www.hp-forums.com. You can interact with other HP users to ask and answer questions about your machines. It’s a really good tool because everyone has similar issues that they need to solve. You can also find and request drivers. Good luck!
