when copying, does it use the ink cartridge? (sorry, i’m technology-illiterate)

@R0B3RTT0 I think,your cartridge is almost empty. If it’s full,try restart the printer. I don’t have more idea ,sorry.

when i make copies ..pressing the buuton fot black and white..she make in format letter not A4 ..any ideas?

@BKiksa hi thanks for reply, sorry but i already fix it XD i did the new intalations so the last thing i had to do is reset it, turning off and turning on the maching again and that worked perfectly

hey, when the colour cartridge is finished, do you have to replace it to use black ink. My previous printers are pissing me off because you need the colour to print black, if the colour finishes while the black is not, you cant print at all.
