How To Properly Photocopy A Legal Size In A 3 In 1 Hp Deskjet F4200? Is This Good Only For Short Size Papers?

No matter how i load the original copy properly, the lower part of the paper is not being copied because the legal size does not fit in to the copier.

You can only scan letter size on that model. If you had the G4010, then you could scan legal size.
The only thing left is to scan the bottom separately.

You will have to scan it in two parts. Your scanner is only designed to scan letter size.
You can take it to a photo copy place and for a couple cents have it photo copied on a reduced scale which will make for easier scanning.
