I just purchased a hp printer and the cd doesnt seem to work to install it???

Actually it is fairly easy to do, but at times downloading the software can create a glitch
I recommend this procedure for that
Add/remove and remove all components for the printer
Now do a complete clean up with the HP level 4 driver removal utility tool
This should end your problem
When done, reinstall the software

go to : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softw… and download then install the driver.
