How Do I Set My Hp Photosmart C3100 ?

my photo smart well not print off my internet or down load my pictures does any one know how to fix this .when i looked up printers it says ready but does not print can some one please help thank you for your time

First thing I would do is go to the HP site and get the latest driver to install. If that does not fix the problem, if using a USB get a shorter cable. Length will sometimes affect handshake timing. If still; not there, try a different computer to test with.
