How Do I Repair My Hp Deskjet 3325?

An error message pops stating the printer head is jammed. I have tried removing the top and cleaning but in vain

try unplugging it from the wall or surge protector for 2 minutes then plug it back in. this will reset the unit to it’s default settings and just may resolve your issue

if you have the money buy a laserjet printer it will serve you better and longer than any inkjet /deskjet printers
