How Do I Fix The “printer Offline Problem”?

I recently got a new MacBook and for the last couple days I have attempted to set up my HP Photosmart C6150 All-in-one printer through wireless connection. I didn’t have the mac software, but I went online and found it on the HP website. Everything downloaded well, and then I went to print something….All of a sudden it says on the printing status that it cannot print because the printer is currently offline. My printer is on and I have restarted both my computer and printer. How do I fix this?

HP offers free online (e-mail) support for all of their products, even out of warranty. Go to http://www.HP.com, select ‘home computers’ / “tech help” and send an email stating the problem. They normally answer the same day. The same tech will stick with you until the problem is resolved. On your first e-mail: give the MODEL and SERIAL no. of the printer. (required) Good luck

plug it into the USB port of your computer if it has one. If not.. call support
