How Do I Cut And Paste 2 Pics After I Have Scanned Them Into My Computer So I Can Have 1 Pic W/everyone In It?

I have Windows Vista Home Premium and a HP Photosmart C3180 All-in-one printer. I have Photoshow Delux 4

You can do this one using MS paint or Adobe Photoshop (Advance).
if you want to edit on MS paint then open your PICS on it and Copy (CTRL+A=select image, CTRL+C=Copy; you can use select tool too) and paste on New window and resize it. Do another PIC also same way and when you are done with it go to > file >save as>choose format of Pic ( Bitmap, JPEG etc) and save it.
But if you want advance editing then you can use adobe Photoshop one where you can give your own size, design and face of your PICS.
