How Come My Scanner Wont Save My Scanned Pic Onto A Memory Stick?

by admin on ม.ค..01, 2010, under Deskjet Help Forums

my scanner is an HP Photosmart 2710 All-In-One printer, fax, scanner, and copier.
When i insert my 2gig memory stick in the port, it says “Only a PictBridge-capable device in PictBridge mode is supported. Diconnect device.” how come this is happening? how can i fix this?
by the way, the only info on my memory stick or brand says “PNY” and has the word “Attache” on it.

save it on your computer and then trasfer it over to the memory stick.

If it won’t save directly, just save the picture file on your desktop first and drag and drop the file to your memory stick.

You will have to save it to the c: drive and then copy it to your usb stick.

Is it not self explanatory? “Only a PictBridge-capable device in PictBridge mode is supported.”
