I have tried it ALL!!!!! I have followed all the instructions on HP support for the fatal error 2738 nothing works. I have let windows vista detect it and it installed the driver but when i got to add printer i get the error message can’t install (error 0x000003be) I called HP WHAT A JOKE and three hours of my life I will never get back! I am ready to return and never buy HP again. PLEASE someone help me!!
