None of these worked. My printer was almost brand new. IT makes noises but the rollers dont move, they can me moved by hand. The options menu on the screen arn’t there, When I turn it on, it just says Paper jam, but the printer is flawless inside..

Thanks for the video! I was watching this and thought, “There’s no way there’s a pen in my printer. Duh.” But then when I opened the clean-out door on the bottom, there was… How embarrassing.

i have the same printer but the problem is when the printer take paper in for printing. in the start of the printing the paper jam and do not print any more. the printer trying to print the paper but after few seconds it stop and the paper stay in the printer.
