Everything I Print Have A Pink Tint To It?
Hello, I just bought a HP Photosmart C4480 printer and it seems like everything that i try to print that has color to it, has a pink tint to it? I can’t believe that it would be the printer because it prints black and white fine, but when ever color, it just has a pink tint to it….. I’d like to know if there is a way to fix it, or is it the ink cartrage? I want to know before i dump $40 on a ink cartrage if that wont even fix it… Help is greatly appreciated. Also, im running in ubuntu linux, idk if that makes any difference or not, but i was thinking of goin on one of my parents computers and install the software that came with it and ran the setup on there if that would make any difference? I know it’s not the computer because i can print off of a different printer we have just fine, help is greatly greatly appreciated!

I have experienced this a lot in the past. Yes, when the color you’re printing has a pink tint to it that definitely means that the color print cartridge is running out. I’m afraid this means you’ll have to get a new color cartridge if you want to print color, sorry.
