Error Message Hp Photosmart 2575 All In One ?

every time i turn on the printer and try to print an error message comes on the printer pannel: Ink Cartridge Problem
Remove and Check Ink Cartridge on right.
Refer to printer documentation.
i have cleaned the contacts and reseted the printer checked hp website for a solution, taken out the cartridge and put it back in but nothing works.
and i cant print.
anyone knows a solution ?

looks as though the cartridge has become faulty. You will have to replace with a new one

Turn off your printer, unplug from the wall/power strip (very important step) , wait a few minutes. Turn off your pc, plug your printer into wall, turn on, turn on pc.
