Envelope Printing?

My priner will only print in very small font,and withthe alignment at right angles to the paper. Please can anybody help. I can`t find an answer in the printer (hp deskjet 940c) help files This also happens with a Word file

If you are using Microsoft word go to Tools at the top. Then click on letters and mailings, then envelopes and labels. You should be able to figure it out from there.

Probably best to buy window envelopes, it solves your main problem. Now all you have to do is fold the letter correctly.
