After Severe Thunderstrom My Hp Photosmart 2710 Printer Didn’t Work. How Do You Fix It?

After a severe thunderstorm my HP Photosmart 2710 printer started acting weird. It had a blue screen and it’s buttons were flashing. How do i fix it? I don’t know how to reset it either. Please help me.

i dont know how to reset it or if it even can be … try unplugging it for a few minuets … and u should invest in a ups to run ur computer hardware on ..

It is possible that it suffered a power surge. I would recomend calling their support about troubleshooting and/or repair

Was there a surge protector installed?

Sounds like a power surge. A reset by unplugging it for a while might do it to. If not, you have to call.
