0xc18a0206 Error On Hp Photosmart 3210xi Printer?

its some kind of intitialization error with the print cartridges. hp has a troubleshooting online but it just says to take out cartridges and reinstall them. i have a few years experience in copier and fax repair but i dont have a service manual to get an idea where to look.

How do you have experience in said field an no idea how to do anything without a manual?
Anyway, you have a memory allocation error. Reinstall the drivers/printer if necessary.
